Beta Trial – Use More Artemia

Our Beta Trial conducted by Great Salt Lake Artemia and a U.S. University reviewed the results of combining Mackay Marine MP Feed and GSLA Artemia in stages PL15 to PL35.

Survival

PL15 Stage

Results demonstrate that at PL15 from 4.8kg to 5.9kg of Artemia we see a significant improvement in survivability from 51.4% to 62.1%. The differences in weight at this stage are not statistically significant, so the impact of using additional Artemia is about survivability.

PL35 Stage

At PL35, we continue to see a significant improvement in survivability as more Artemia is used.

Weight

PL35 Stage

At the PL35 stage, we saw a statistical improvement result in weight at both 14.9kg and 18.1kg – improving weight to 0.83g and 0.91g respectively.
